In light of the recent outbreak of Covid 19, Cardiff computing would like to assure our customer both old and new that additional steps have been put in place. To safeguard both customers and staff we have implemented the following meausres:
1. All staff have been provided with additional training on hygeine and are being are asked to self isolate if they have any of the recognised symptoms. All staff are taking seriously government guidelines to help slow the spread of the virus.
2. There will be strict instructions for staff coming into into your home or office which include prior handwashing and sanitizing of hands, wearing new gloves (and mask if requested).
3. All Computers and PC equipment will be santisized after use using anti-germ / alchohol wipes. Where we can we will use our own mice and keyboards.
4. We can collect and return your computers on a minimal / no contact basis. Please ask for details when phoning.
We also need your help to fight this and keep small business like us going to the future.. If you or your family are showing the two main symptons of Covid19, a continous cough or high temperature, we will not be able to visit you until your 14 day isolation period is over. We may, however, be able to help you over the telephone so dont hesitate to ring us on 07917126884.
